The Beacon Eye Clinic was established by the ophthalmologists of The Wellington Eye Clinic. It was officially opened in April 2005 and is located within the Beacon Consultant’s Clinic in Suite 17. Our combined wealth of knowledge and experience allow us to provide a comprehensive eye care service in one facility. In our constant quest to be at the forefront of ophthalmology, we use the latest proven diagnostic and therapeutic modalities to ensure that you receive the best treatment options. Surgeons at the Beacon Eye Clinic are trained to treat all ophthalmic conditions. They are on the specialist register of the Irish Medical Council. Together, we have performed over 30,000 LASIK procedures and many thousands of cataract, glaucoma and other surgical procedures. The staff also include fellowship-trained ophthalmologists with special interest in medical retinal conditions, ocular inflammation and neuro-ophthalmology.
